Hi,
I'm Taya
I’m a Wife, mum of three, former nurse, energy healer, and creator of the Soul·Roots Healing Method.
Like many people who find their way into this work, I arrived here through my own healing journey.
Over the years I've experienced burnout, nervous system overwhelm, hormone struggles, ADHD, complex trauma, and periods where I felt completely disconnected from myself. I spent years searching for answers and trying to understand why certain patterns, emotions, and challenges kept showing up no matter how much I worked on myself.
I became deeply curious about what sits beneath the surface of our experiences and why some things seem to stay stuck, even when we're doing all the "right" things. That search eventually became my work.
Along the way, I've trained in and worked with a range of healing modalities including Emotion Code, Body Code, Reiki, ThetaHealing, esoteric hypnosis, and intuitive healing practices. Each one offered valuable pieces of the puzzle and helped shape the way I work today.
Over the past five years, my sessions have naturally evolved beyond the boundaries of any one modality, guiding me towards a more intuitive and root-focused approach that has now become the Soul·Roots Method.
Today I help others uncover and heal the deeper roots beneath recurring patterns, symptoms, emotional struggles, and life challenges. Together, we explore the old wounds, emotional imprints, limiting beliefs, protective adaptations, nervous system patterns, and survival strategies that were formed to keep us safe, but may no longer serve us.
What I love most about this work isn't simply helping people feel better in the moment. It's helping them understand what has been driving their experience, reconnect with who they truly are beneath the layers of protection, and return to the parts of themselves that have always been there underneath it all.
I've found that so much of what we carry begins to make sense when we understand where it came from. The anxiety, the recurring patterns, the emotional reactions that feel bigger than the situation itself, and the ways we learned to adapt in order to feel safe. When we can meet those parts of ourselves with compassion and understanding, it creates space for lasting change.
It is a privilege to walk alongside people in that process and support them as they reconnect with themselves, their truth, and their own capacity to heal.
